Club onboarding
If you want help understanding how PadelPage works for your club, include the basics of your setup so we can respond with relevant guidance.
- Club name and location
- Number of courts and expected booking flow
- Whether you need member-only access or open games
Security, abuse, or policy requests
If you discover a security issue, suspect abuse, or need to raise a privacy or legal request, send the relevant details to hello@padel.page. Include reproduction steps or affected URLs where possible.
Please do not use public channels to disclose sensitive security information before giving us a reasonable opportunity to review it.
Club-specific questions
Some booking pages are operated by individual clubs. If your issue relates to a particular club schedule, member list, or booking policy, the club may need to resolve it directly in addition to any platform support request.
