Your rules, no double bookings
Limit booking to members, cap bookings per person per day and turn on phone verification if you need it. The server checks every booking, so no court is booked twice.
Weekly classes and events
Schedule recurring matches, classes or events on the days you choose, with a start and end date. Cancel a single date without touching the rest of the series.
Tournament announcements
Publish tournaments with category, level, entry fee per team and a registration link. Players find them in the tournament search for your city.
Membership offers
Present your memberships with price, billing period and benefits, plus an enrollment link or your club contact. Players sign up with you directly.

How it works

Create your club
Enter your club name, an admin email and password, and your country and city. A Google Maps link is optional, and you can add a description, logo and photos to your profile.

Add courts and opening hours
Set your opening hours, choose 60, 90 or 120-minute slots and add each court: indoor, outdoor or covered outdoor, doubles or singles.

Share your booking link
Send it on WhatsApp, put it on your website or at the front desk, then follow bookings and player stats from your dashboard.

Questions from club owners
Do players need to download an app?
No. Players book on your club’s booking page in the browser, on a phone or a computer. There is nothing to install.
Can I keep bookings for members only?
Yes. You can restrict booking to members, keep a member list with a personal booking link for each member, and limit how many bookings one person can make per day. Phone verification for players is optional.
Does PadelPage take payments?
No. PadelPage does not process payments: players pay your club the way they do today.
Can I run weekly classes or recurring matches?
Yes. Create recurring matches, classes or events on the days you choose, with a start and end date, and cancel a single date when you need to.
Which languages are supported?
The booking page is available in English, French and Spanish, and players switch language with the language switcher.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. You enter your club details, opening hours, slot duration and courts, and your booking page is ready to share.
Will players be able to find my club on PadelPage?
Yes, once your club has a country and city. It is listed on PadelPage’s country and city pages and in the search for available courts, open matches and tournaments.
