You may use PadelPage only for lawful purposes connected to club management, booking, or participation in padel matches and events.

By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform in a way that does not disrupt clubs, players, or platform operations.

Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the club information, schedules, courts, members, and operational settings they publish on PadelPage.

You may not misuse the website or booking flows. That includes attempting unauthorised access, sending spam or abusive content, impersonating others, scraping private data, or interfering with normal booking operations.

PadelPage may change, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim for continuity, but the website is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons.

At this time, PadelPage is a booking and club-management tool. It is not a payments processor, emergency service, or guaranteed archival system.

The platform, branding, website design, and software remain the property of PadelPage or its licensors. Club content and booking data remain associated with the club or submitting user, subject to the rights needed for PadelPage to operate the service.
