Information we collect
The information collected depends on how you use the service. Club administrators may provide club details, court setup, and contact information. Players may provide names, phone numbers, and booking participation details.

- Booking and player participation data entered through booking pages
- Phone verification and session data used for access control
- Basic technical and diagnostic data needed to run and secure the service
How we use information
We use information to operate the booking product, authenticate access, send transactional communications, support clubs and players, and improve product reliability and security.
- Publish and manage club booking pages
- Process bookings, open-game joins, and invite links
- Send essential emails or verification messages
- Investigate misuse, errors, and support requests
Sharing and service providers
PadelPage uses infrastructure and delivery providers that support the operation of the product, such as hosting, database, email, and messaging tools. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate the service.
Club operators may also access information submitted through their own booking page in order to manage bookings and members.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention may differ depending on account, booking, or compliance needs.
To request deletion or raise a privacy question, contact hello@padel.page. If your request concerns a specific club-managed booking record, we may direct part of the request to the relevant club.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Clubs may separately manage some data shown on their booking page, so requests may involve both PadelPage and the relevant club.
