Access control

Administrative access is separated from player-facing booking access. Depending on the flow, the platform may use password-based admin login, player sessions, and phone verification steps to confirm access.

Operational scope

PadelPage is designed around club booking operations. We aim to minimise unnecessary friction while keeping the right controls for club configuration, booking management, and recurring events.

  • Club admins manage only their own club configuration and bookings
  • Players use focused booking and invite flows rather than broad marketplace permissions
  • Public website pages expose trust and policy information so clubs and players can understand how the service works

Infrastructure and providers

The product is built on modern web infrastructure with hosted database, email, and messaging services used to deliver the booking workflow. Those providers only process the data needed to operate the service components they support.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to hello@padel.page with enough detail for us to review and reproduce the problem.

Practical limits

No internet service can promise zero risk or uninterrupted availability. PadelPage aims to operate responsibly, review issues quickly, and keep the product understandable, maintainable, and transparent about its scope.
